SRS Distribution, Inc. (“SRS”) has formed a new subsidiary Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”)has acquired CPS Distributors, Inc. (“CPS”) and Automatic Supply (“Automatic”). Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.  SRS is a postfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners. SRS formed Heritage to acquire independent irrigation and landscape supply businesses.
