Rotolo Consultants Inc. (RCI), based in Slidell, Louisiana,  has acquired Bay Landscape and Palm Service LLC, expanding its presence in the northwest Florida market. RCI’s acquisition of the commercial landscape and maintenance company is its second acquisition of 2018 and the fourth acquisition in the past two years.
