Core Equity Holdings, a Brussels-based private equity firm has acquired Id verde, a European landscape services leader.  Id verde has major operations in both France and the United Kingdom.  Its annual revenues are approximately US$530 million.  Id verde has completed a number of acquisitions in both France and the U.K. and intends to continue to pursue its consolidation strategy in more European countries. Sullivan Street Partners to Acquire UK ISS Landscape Operations

London-based Sullivan Street Partners exchanged contracts to buy ISS Facility Services Landscaping, a division of ISS Facility Services, on Tuesday. Completion is set for 30 April. ISS Facility Services Landscaping employs 1,500 staff, around 500 seasonal staff on contracts across the UK. It delivers grounds maintenance, landscape construction, tree surgery, winter gritting and snow clearance, interior plants, floristRy and Christmas trees.
