SiteOne Landscape Supply Files for IPO |

SiteOne Landscape Supply,Inc. (formerly known as John Deere Landscapes), a wholesale distributor of commercial and residential landscape supplies, filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
Private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) acquired a majority stake in the company at the end of 2013.
The Company, which is based in Georgia, had sales of $1.283 billion in sales for the twelve months ended ended June 30, 2015, plans to list under the symbol SITE. Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and UBS Investment Bank are the investment bankers for the proposed offering. Pricing has not been set.
