SnowTech and Waltham Construction Merge to Form Elements Mountain Co. in Truckee/Tahoe Area

SnowTech Inc. and Waltman Construction are excited to announce their merger to form Elements Mountain Company, www.elementsmtn.co. Elements Mountain Co will provide service to current SnowTech and Waltman Construction customers in Tahoe Donner, with a focus on reliably delivering essential mountain services with professionalism and value.

With expanded resources, Elements will now be able to provide faster, more responsive snow removal and expanded customer service hours. Next season, Elements expects to launch a number of snow removal firsts in the Truckee/Tahoe area, including real time equipment tracking and a responsive berm removal service.

With the tagline of “Simplifying Mountain Life”, Elements Mountain Co. will be committed to delivering services that allow its customers to focus on what is most important to them – creating memories, rather than spending time digging out their driveways, sealing their asphalt or staining their homes. Working together, the newly merged team is excited to redefine how residential driveway snow removal and home services are delivered in the Truckee and Tahoe Basin.

“We are very excited to announce this new company to our friends, neighbors and customers in Tahoe Donner,” said Jaime Legare, Partner of Elements Mountain Co and former Waltman Construction owner.  “Waltman has been servicing Tahoe Donner for 38 years and I personally see this merger as an opportunity to provide an unprecedented service and deliver greater ease of mind to our customers.”

“Like most snow removal companies, SnowTech and Waltman are both faced with aging equipment that can lead to future performance issues,” added Matt Warren, Partner of Elements Mountain Co. and former SnowTech Owner. “This merger allows us to pull together stronger resources to deliver more exceptional service, as well as upgrade our aging fleet to bring more technologically-advanced equipment to our customers. As homeowners in Tahoe Donner, both Jaime and I strongly believe this is a very positive development for our community.”
