Wright Outdoor Solutions has acquired Branching Out based in Omaha, Nebraska. Branching Out was formed in 1981.business since 1981 and serves residential and commercial clients with three primary services: interior plantscaping, exterior seasonal color rotation and interior holiday décor.
The two companies are a natural fit, which is the primary reason we pursued the acquisition from the very beginning. Their three services align closely with existing services we offer, so it’s a business we know very well and feel we could have great success with. They have an impressive history in the Omaha market, and with the operational intelligence and manpower we have, we can only see the business continuing to grow in the future. I will assume primary leadership responsibilities over the company. We are retaining their current operations manager, office manager and several part time employees. We are also fortunate to be able to maintain a relationship with their current owner in this early stage as we fully transition them under our umbrella.
Not only is this a transition in ownership, we’ve made the decision to rebrand and reintroduce Branching Out is being rebranded and reintroduced to the marketplace under a new name, Verdure Elements, which the company believes will leverage the unique opportunities this acquisition presents.
