Yellowstone Partners with Grass Groomers and Boren Brothers in Columbus |

Yellowstone Landscape Group has acquired Grass Groomers and Boren Brothers Snow and Ice Management. This acquisition expands Yellowstone’s Midwest regional service coverage into the greater Columbus area, Findlay and Toledo, Ohio markets.

Since 1991, Grass Groomers and Boren Brothers’ President Mike Boren and his sons, Justin, Zach, and Jacoby, have led their team with a passion for customer satisfaction, providing a comprehensive suite of services while adding great value for their clients’ properties.

The transaction was announced in Yellowstone’s website. Details were not disclosed.
