Landscape Development Acquires Zuke’s

 Enhanced Landscape Management LLC (ELM), the maintenance division of Landscape Development, Inc. (LDI), has completed the asset purchase of Rancho Cordova based Zuke’s Landscape, Inc. (Zuke’s). The purchase expands the maintenance operations of LDI, with total revenues exceeding $110 million, into new territory. Landscape Workshop recently completed the acquisition of the landscape maintenance, enhancement and snow operations of EcoLandcare LLC, based in Lexington, Kentucky. Landscape Workshop has 9 branch locations across the Southeast and already has a strong presence in the Kentucky market, having acquired former Lexington company Henkel Denmark in 2018. EcoLandcare was  founded by John Thomson in 2010.
