Two well-established commercial landscape and snow removal companies in the Midwest have recently been acquired by Five Seasons Property Management, Inc., a newly-formed, privately-held company based in Southeastern PA. In late July, Reliable Property Services, LLC of St. Paul, Minnesota was acquired and the purchase of T.R. Gear Landscaping in Fairfield, Ohio was completed in late September.
“We’re excited about the future for our organization and our customers, as well as launching our property management app,” said Tom Hougnon of Reliable Property Services which has been providing exterior maintenance services since 1983. The company now serves commercial, institutional, industrial and golf course clients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa. “Our high level of service, winter or summer, will continue as before.”
Michael Bailey of T.R. Gear Landscaping said, “We are very happy to be part of Five Seasons Property Management now.” The company provides professional landscaping and snow services for a wide range of commercial clients in southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. A full-service landscape contractor, T.R. Gear has been in business since 1980.
