Houston's GreenUp Acquires ABC Home Accounts |

GreenUp, Inc. of Houston has acquired the Houston lawncare customer accounts of ABC Home Services. Harold Zick, GreenUp’s president, told Green Industry Pros that the transaction increased GreenUp’s customer base by about 40%.

The transaction included customer accounts only. GreenUp did not acquire any other assets. The transaction closed May 26, 2016.

ABC Home continues to offer landscaping and lawn maintenance services in Houston, in addition to offering pest control, pool maintenance, Christmas Lighting and HVAC. In addition to Houston, ABC Home has six other Texas branches, plus branches in Oklahoma City, Atlanta and Orlando. ABC Home continues to offer lawncare in many of these branches.
