Landscape Development, Inc. (LDI) with its headquarters located in Valencia, CA completed an asset purchase of Enhanced Landscape Management, Inc. (ELM) located in Thousand Oaks, CA.
ELM has established an exceptionally strong brand in their service area with a reputation of quality, customer service and dedication to their valuable employees. LDI proudly announces that the entire staff of ELM is being retained including field personnel and management.
Greg Epstein, the founder and owner of ELM is joining the LDI executive team as Director of Business Development for its maintenance business. He will play a key role in future growth as well as the integration of the ELM business and employees.
The ELM brand will be retained and will continue to grow. The respective customers of both LDI and ELM will continue to experience the same, familiar service and management they are accustomed to. As a result of this acquisition, customers of both LDI and ELM will benefit by being offered a broader range of services including landscape construction, maintenance, water management, erosion control and landscape architecture in an expanded service area.
LDI was founded in 1982 by Gary Horton; he continues to serve as President and CEO. LDI currently operates from eight regional offices throughout Central and Southern California including a dedicated design studio located in Ventura, CA.
