Prescription Landscape, based in Minneapolis-St. Paul has acquired Arteka Outdoor Services, a landscape services provider focusing on the HOA market. Here is the press release announcing the acquisition:
Prescription Landscape, Inc., (“Prescription”) Minneapolis-St. Paul’s leading commercial landscape services and snow removal provider, announced the acquisition of Arteka Outdoor Services from Arteka Companies, LLC. (“Arteka”) Arteka Outdoor Services is a specialty landscape service provider for select home owner association (HOA) and premium sites in Minneapolis-St. Paul, and the greater metropolitan markets.
Terms of the deal, which closed June 1, 2017, will not be disclosed.
