A group of shareholders who collectively own 39.6% of the shares of SunAir Services, Inc. jointly filed a Schedule 13D with the Securities and Exchange Commission disclosing their ownership. The group also filed a Preliminary Information Statement disclosing their plan to remove the directors of SunAir. The group plans to avoid a shareholder meeting by having written consents from a majority of SunAir’s shareholders. The group indicates that is their intention to sell the company.
