Yellowstone Landscape Group has acquired KCS Landscape Management in Northern Virginia, expanding Yellowstone Landscape’s Mid-Atlantic regional service coverage into Northern Virginia and the greater Washington, DC metro area.
KCS Landscape was founded in 1993 with a desire to fill a need for the commercial real estate community in the DC area to provide great service for a great value. Since then, KCS has provided high-quality landscape management, enhancements, and snow and ice services to premier commercial and community association clients across the greater metropolitan Washington, DC area and Northern Virginia. Tye Company is operating from a brand-new facility, centrally located in Sterling, Virginia, near Dulles International Airport.
