(formerly known as John Deere Landscapes), a wholesale distributor of commercial and residential landscape supplies, filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. Private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) acquired a majority stake in the company at the end of 2013.
