Liberty Landscape Supply has acquired Trad’s Garden Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Trad’s Garden Center has been owned by the Trad family since its founders, Betty and Lou Trad, opened the business in 1971. The family later launched Trad’s Pest Control, which provides lawn, household pest control and termite services. Trad’s Pest Control will continue to be managed by Denise Trad Wartan, Betty and Lou Trad’s daughter. SOLitude  Lake Management has acquired Aquatic Systems, Inc. (ASI). ASI was acquired by SOLitude in January 2019. All company service offerings and infrastructure were officially unified in November. Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) has acquired Florida Irrigation Supply, Inc. (FIS Outdoor), an independently owned distributor of irrigation, outdoor lighting, and landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Tregaron Capital Confirms Investment in Cutting Edge Landscape in Idaho

Tregaron Capital recently confirmed its investment in the Cutting Edge Landscape Company, a Boise, Idaho-based commercial landscape services company.  The investment was completed in 2018. Cutting Edge Landscape Company is the result of the 2015 merger of the Cutting Edge Lawn Company, which had been owned by Bob Wheeler, and Total Maintenance Solutions, which had been owned by Ben Helton.  Bob and Ben continue to serve as co-presidents of the Cutting Edge Landscape Company.
