UK-based Nurture  Landscapes has acquired Enterprise Plants, which focuses on interior plant care. Founded in 1984 and based on a four acre site in Upminster, Essex, with approx. 50 employees, Enterprise will continue to trade under their own name until end of January, and will then rebrand as Nurture Landscapes from 1 Feb 2019. The majority of Enterprise’s work is based around London and the Home Counties, consisting mainly of interior maintenance and plant displays, with a third of the business dedicated to commercial landscape maintenance. Nurture Landscapes Acquires Grace Landscapes in the U.K.

Nurture Landscapes has continued its expansion as it acquires landscape and ground maintenance firm, Grace Landscapes. This comes after acquiring Gavin Jones back in February. Grace Landscapes was founded 39 years ago and has annual sales in excess of £6m, providing grounds maintenance and landscape construction across the north with its 116 members of staff. BrightView Acquires Russo Lawn and Landscape in Hartford, Connecticut

During BrightView Holdings’s earnings release conference call today, BrightView CEO Andrew Masterman announced that BrightView had completed its most recent acquisition, Russo Lawn and Landscape in Hartford, Connecticut. Masterman described thus acquisition as follows: “In line with our strong-on-strong approach, this transaction enhances our presence in a top 50 metropolitan area, positioning BrightView as the undisputed leader in the region.
